Alex is the first point of contact for fitters who are needing to activate their GPS tracking devices over the phone. He has completed a Bachelor of Creative Industries so comes with all the technical know how required for the role. His hobbies include building and repairing PCs and keeping up with the latest tech that is when he isn’t participating in outdoor pursuits including beach patrols. Alex is the go to for all of the fitters ensuring that the installation of the trackers goes smoothly. Alex enjoys both the customer service and problem-solving aspects of the position.
