Message from the Managing Director

We would like to thank you for your continued support and we are always so glad to hear how our software is helping your business. As always, we are open to your suggestions so we are constantly improving our services and offerings. We are pleased that many of you took up the offer of the complimentary 30 minute session to ask any questions you have. We want to ensure that you feel supported on the journey and are keeping up to speed with the updates and new releases.



TFO is growing and we have just employed two new staff members to help us who will be starting shortly. The future is looking bright for the business and we continue to enjoy developing new technology to help users take more control of their data to make better decisions. As always, we welcome your feedback.

Stolen Asset Successfully Retrieved

“One of our tippers was stolen this morning from Bribie Island site, luckily it was one of the trucks that had a TFO tracker in it. Long story short, the machine was stolen at 4:30am, it was reported missing at 6:30am and located along with the perpetrator at 7:30am. Great result being able to catch them in the act too!”

Brendan Billman - Technical Manager

Brendan supports and manages the rest of the team while researching innovative technologies for potential future applications. Brendan works closely with both customers and fitters answering any technical questions they may have.

Alex Rose - Technical Assistant
You may have spoken to Alex when you call in to activate a tracker. He is the first point of contact for your installers and is keen to assist them in getting your assets live on our system smoothly.



Reiley Turner - Trainee (Certificate III in Business Certificate)

Reiley is our apprentice who is currently assisting with creating documents for our new help centre while learning The Fleet Office systems to be able to better support our customers as his experience increases.



We are here to assist you with questions, activations, faults and tracker orders when you need us.
