Refuelling Solutions

FleetTrack | FleetMaint | FleetStart | FleetFuel | Inducted

Refuelling Solutions’ fuel management is a complete nationwide solution which offers logistics, delivery, information and analysis to keep business moving.

National Sales and Business Systems Manager, Brent Herrick said adopting a number of products from The Fleet Office has been pivotal in ensuring a high level of compliance from all aspects of the business with a particular focus on risk reduction.

“We use FleetTrack, FleetMaint, FleetStart, Inducted and FleetFuel and the benefit of adopting an integrated system are huge, particularly as we have management staff in five different offices in different states who oversee over two hundred assets across the country. “

“There are so many ways that TFO’s integrated suite of services benefit our business, a great example is the prestart which they have customised to suit our business. “

“The TFO system comes to life the more you use it, and the more products you implement, the system has its own heartbeat which provides information where and when you need it. Working with TFO is like adding a team of people to your business, it becomes the central nervous system for any business that needs fleet and equipment management.”

SEE Civil

FleetTrack | FleetMaint | FleetStart | FleetFuel | Induction | FleetAR

SEE Civil has been a leading part of the South East Queensland construction industry for more than 30 years.

With projects ranging from $2 million to $150 million, SEE Civil’s project delivery teams build strong working relationships with clients through collaboration and by developing innovative construction solutions that provide cost-savings and deliver best-for-project outcomes. Executive director Mark Turner has been a strong advocate for best practice through all parts of the business and was an early adopter of The Fleet Office’s fleet maintenance and telematics services.

“It wasn’t long after Jim started the Fleet Office that we made contact with him to see how we could add cutting edge telemetry to our business so that we could improve performance, safety and provide a culture that would be appealing to current and future employees.

“We use The Fleet Office’s suite of products everyday in our business, it’s fully integrated into how we operate and it makes an incredible difference from start to finish of every project. In one project alone, The Fleet Office’s digital process provided considerable reduction in resources and we estimated this saved around $120k per year which is great for our efficiency as well as our bottom line.”

Conplant

FleetTrack | FleetAR

For over half a century Conplant has supplied compaction equipment for the hire industry and have grown to become one of Australia’s largest compaction suppliers, with over 1,000 rollers in their hire Fleet.

In order to automate their processes, Conplant wanted to engage a technology partner who were prepared to innovate with them and after discussing their challenges with numerous parties, The Fleet Office (TFO) became their telemetry company of choice.

“The standing down of plant and equipment in the hire industry is very common and with the integration of TFO’s data into our ERP, helps us automate our exception reporting for when the plant is used whilst stood down. The revenue that can be lost is significant and we want to continue to provide an excellent service for the best possible price. TFO’s products helps us do that”.

“We work with our customers to increase their productivity, reduce downtime and meet their deadlines. Jim and his team at The Fleet Office help us achieve this because they are like an extension of our business, not just a supplier”.

“Like us, they constantly innovate their software, and this helps us to stay a step ahead of the game”

Hall Contracting

FleetTrack | FleetMaint | FleetStart | FleetFuel | Inducted

Hall Contracting is Australia’s largest privately-owned dredging, civil and marine construction company, with offices on the Sunshine Coast as well as South East Asia and the Pacific Islands.

To maximise efficiency and profitability, Hall Contracting investigated moving from a traditional paper-based, manual entry system for managing assets to an all-encompassing online solution.

Cameron Hall, CEO from Hall Contracting said it was about four years ago they started using FleetTrack, which The Fleet Office customised to fit into their existing system.

“The technology was a revelation, as it automatically and easily calculated the hours worked on each machine, as well as provided the location details, in Australia or internationally, of every vehicle and mobile plant asset.

“The results have been super impressive; we have been able to obtain a 22% reduction in machine idle time and massive fuel savings of around 4,000 to 6,000 litres per week using The Fleet Office’s products. We’ve had less servicing requirements and our assets are lasting longer,”
