With over four years experience in technical roles, Cheena has worked across multiple industries including fitness, news and media in roles that see her managing and overseeing multiple systems, day-to-day support and more recently implementing and managing digital signage displays across seventy franchise clubs. Her role as Technical Assistant means that she is the first point of contact which typically involves managing tracker activations and daily office operations in addition to helping resolve any technical questions customers may have. Cheena enjoys how fast paced and varied her role is, no two days are the same. She prides herself on delivering high quality customer service and support.
